Known for building one of the largest direct import businesses and managing global orders for over 500 customers, Jesselyn excels in fostering growth by aligning sales and customer needs, driving team efficiency, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

With over 41 years in executive sales, management, and marketing within the toy industry, Mike is a recognized expert in leading sales teams, brand strategy, and managing major retail accounts across all distribution channels. Known for his unmatched relationships with senior management at key retailers and his multiple awards, including "Sales Executive of the Year" at Mattel, Mike is also celebrated as a "Direct Import" authority and is passionate about mentoring his teams to success.
